I have trained legal software since 1997. My experience with Open Discovery and its predecessor review tools goes back to 2012.
My work focuses on the review side of Open Discovery: helping people work with their documents and understand the administrative elements that support review.
Software can be overwhelming when you first encounter it. I begin by listening to what you need to accomplish, then connect the relevant tools to that work. Questions are an essential part of the learning process.
